I was fortunate to find Kim after a bad wax, she makes waxing less painful and she puts me at ease. She makes me very comfortable in a job that could be embarrassing at times. She is funny and always makes me feel more like a girl after coming to her place. In the summer my eyebrows and eyelashes fade to blonde, but Kim can darken them so they just pop! I don’t even need makeup. Kim is the ultimate, a real keeper
